aLLISON saVAGE

Preschool Director
Allie’s philosophy of education is that all children have unique learning styles and educational journeys, learn and grow incrementally in response to their environments, and require a safe and stimulating space to explore who they are individually and as part of a community of learners. As a teacher, I aim to act as a guide, allowing students to drive their own discovery. This follows the work of Maria Montessori, who believed that children should have choices—and that those choices and curiosities should direct their learning. Allie believes that students learn best with multi-sensory, hands-on materials, through regular engagement with the natural world, and through play. Children are inherently driven and eager to learn, and it is our role as teachers to support and guide them in this dynamic process.

"Every child is filled with curiosity and potential. My goal is to create an environment where they feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn. Through exploration, play, and creativity, I strive to nurture their love for learning and help them build a strong foundation for the future."
